Four Moments is a series of poems and is the first series within the Saga of Four. The collection of poems were written in my senior year of high school from 2020-2021. There are four poems in the series, as the title would suggest. The poems are Midnight, Dawn, Noon, and Dusk, written in that order. They tell the story of a pile of sand. The character in the poems falls off of the sand dune in the darkest hour of the world, Midnight. The character spends the remainder of the poems attempting to return to the top.
Midnight was originally written around the same time as the January 6th insurrection on the US capital.

Four Seasons is the second series within the Saga of Four. It was written beginning in mid 2021- mid 2022, before, during and after my freshman year of college. The poems are Autumn, Winter, Spring, and Summer. They tell the tale of a tree as it exists through the changing of the seasons.
The poem Noon talks about the idea of wind, which this series continues to explore. The tree is in search of permanent friends in the face of an ever-changing future.
Most of the poems were written during the previous seasons in anticipation of what the titular season would bring.

Four Directions is the third series in the Saga of Four. I began the series mid 2022 on the first day of classes my Sophomore year of college. The benchmark for when the second poem was meant to be written kept moving because I wasn't inspired to write and kept procrastinating. The four poems are called South, West, North, and East. East has been written, but the transcipt was lost before it could be added. The poems that are in this collection follow a bird, specifically a robin as it spends its life migrating back and forth for each season. The bird motif was introduced in the poem Dusk.

Four Elements (WIP)
Four Elements is the fourth and final series in the Saga of Four. I wrote the poems starting in 2024 during my senior year of college. The four poems will be Fire, Air, Water, and Earth.
While I do know that Fire exists but the original transcript is missing. The poems talk about a forest destroyed by a fire that began to spread to the surrounding kingdom.
